Processing times

Orders will process in 18-24 business days.
Once your ordered is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 5 days for USPS tracking information to update. Delays with USPS can be common during holiday seasons, weather conditions and staffing issues.
Detailed processing information for your order will be on your confirmation email.
Domestic Orders
Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is processed, USPS Priority Mail includes tracking and delivery in 1-5 business days depending upon your shipping location.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame Your Loc Musé advertised, please make sure your shipping address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are any issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve the issues.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email orders@yourlocmuse.com with your order number and correct address within 24 hours. We will do our best to fulfill your request and update the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Yourlocmuse.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Your Loc Musé does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If an order is returned to our office due to insufficient address, a store credit will be issued immediately minus the cost of shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Your Loc Musé due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer was not home for delivery or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time at a local post office pick up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost or issued store credit minus shipping cost.
Your Loc Muse is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, marked delivered and not received or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
There are no refunds, replacements or store credits for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problems with your items please email orders@yourlocmuse.com
Your Loc Muse does not offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which can be used towards a future purchase.
Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 7 business days of the delivery confirmation to ensure proper resolution.

While we can’t share all the details due to trade secrets, we do share that spiral ties are handmade hair ties made out of bendable wire layered in fabric and rubber.
